Supported Platforms

All Trusted Platform systems including, but not limited to:

• ETS will work with Dell PCs with TPM Security Chip
• ETS will work with Dell Laptops with TPM Security Chip
• Preboot Authentication will work with the following: Dell Latitude D420, D620 and D820 with TPM Security Chip and optional biometric Sensor

All TPMs conforming to the following specifications:

• TCG specification version 1.1b
• TCG specification version 1.2

Supported Operating Systems

• Windows 2000 (with SP4)
• Windows XP Pro (with SP2)

Supported Biometric Devices

To prepare for the ETS installation process the following considerations must be addressed:

1. The computer where this software is being installed must meet the software requirements.
2. The TPM software Drivers must be installed.  Installing TPM Drivers
