7.2 Steps for Scheduling Archive backups
- The scheduler is accessed from the Settings control panel screen by clicking on the Scheduler tab (See Figure 7.10). It provides an easy way to ensure your archives are current on a regular basis.
- Select an archiving scheduling, you have three to choose from:
- Never: If this option is selected, a scheduled archive is never performed. This requires you to perform archives manually. It is strongly recommended that the Daily or Weekly options be used instead.
- Daily: This option performs a daily backup of the currently active archive. Once enabled, backup will occur at the hour you specify.
- Weekly: This option performs a backup on the currently selected archive, on selected day(s) of the week, at the hour specified.

- Select the Time of Day you want the archive to be done, and then press OK. You are now done configuring the Schedule Key Archiving.

Note: If you choose a Daily schedule all of the days of the weeks are inactive (see Figure 7.10), but if you choose Weekly, then you get to choose which day of the Week you want the backup to be done. (See Figure 7.11)
