When our Knowledgebase does not have your answer

If you are having an issue with Dell Data Protection|Access or EMBASSY Trust Suite software that came preinstalled on a Dell system, you must contact Dell Customer Support directly for assistance. If you have not yet contacted Dell Customer Support about this issue, please visit support.dell.com. If you have been referred to Wave Customer Support by Dell, please provide the Dell case reference number as part of your Wave Customer Service Request form submission. Please note that your service tag, normally located on a sticker on the bottom of your equipment, is mandatory to provide support.

Client Information

Note:
To find the Client Version, please open EMBASSY Security Center and select the About tab. The Client Version will appear at the top of the list under Product Versions as seen in the image below.

Incident Information

Please include as much detail as possible, including troubleshooting steps you have taken, error messages, and results from any diagnostic tests you have run on the system.
