Document Manager
Providing secure storage and management capabilities for file, folder and drive-level encryption.
- Secure: Document Manager uses the hardware security provided by the TPM to provide strong protection for data. Files encrypted by Document Manager cannot be located or viewed by others.
(Technical Note: In the original version, Document Manager accessed the TPM through a third-party TPM-aware CSP. In current versions, Document Manager uses the Wave TCG-Enabled CSP.)
- Ease of Use: Document Manager is integrated with Microsoft Office applications Word, Excel and Powerpoint, allowing easy and direct toolbar access to "Open Encrypted File" and "Save, Close and Encrypt" functions for the protection and management of sensitive documents. Support for Microsoft shortcut menu enables file, folder and drive encryption directly from Microsoft Windows Explorer.
- Intuitive User Interface: Document Manager provides a friendly "explorer-like" view of protected files and folders. Encrypt a single file or complete folders. Simply drag and drop the files or folders to be protected.
